Do I need a prescription? Yes! We dispense most medications through prescriptions. There are a few medications that are OTC in Canada whereas our international customers may be required to purchase the same medications in their country with a prescription. The facility through which we are dispensing your order may influence the requirements of your original prescription! This may mean that your physician wrote your order for 100 tablets and the manufacturer only ships in a 90 tablet package. Our pricing is determined on the package amounts. Can you fill orders for minors? Prescription orders for minors must have the medical profile and forms signed by their legal guardian. Are all prescription products available? While most are available, different regulations in various countries may cause distribution under alternative brand names and availability of some medications to be restricted. We do not sell any narcotic or habit-forming medications via mail order. What related costs can I expect? There are no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Prices includes physician reviews, where applicable, and a pharmacy dispensing fee. Please contact our office for current services and rates within Canada and other international destinations. What kind of shipping & handling charges can I expect? Our shipping and handling fee is 10.99 for every parcel. If all your medications fit in one parcel, you will pay one shipping. (10.99 ) Again, please contact our office for current services and rates. Can family members of the same household ship in one parcel to reduce shipping fees? In order to comply with the Canadian legislation PHIA(Personal Health Information Act) and U.S. HIPPA, it is our responsibility to respect the confidentiality of each individual's medical information. This confidentiality also extends to the individual's prescriptions. Therefore, we will only send an individual's prescription(s) in a parcel that is addressed to the same individual. However, where there are two members of a family residing at the same residence (typically spouses), we will ship together if both individuals give consent. Why are your prescription prices so low?
1. Canadian government price controls cap how much pharmaceutical manufacturers can charge for brand name drugs. 2. The lower Canadian dollar increases your buying power! 3. Generic drugs, when possible, may be substituted for additional savings. 4. The efficiency of high volume sales allows us to pass a further savings on to customers. Can I also purchase non-prescription products? Yes, we are able to provide you with a variety of non-prescription products. If you do not see the item you are looking for, please request it so we can better serve you. What is the lead-time for me to receive my medication? We suggest placing your order 30 days prior to needing your medications. While prescriptions usually take 15 business days to receive after forms and prescriptions are confirmed by the pharmacy. Realizing the timeframe may vary depending upon delivery distance and the postal services load. What if my shipment does not arrive? If you do not receive your order after 21 days, please call us toll free at 1-877-472-4550 for your tracking number. How much can I order? With prescription orders, you are permitted to purchase up to 3-month supply (100 days) of each of your medications for valid prescriptions. If your prescription is written for more then a 3-month supply then, we will fill the remainder as refills as they come due. With non-prescription orders, you have no limitations other than applicable duties and other related charges. Are the medications different?
